Bus Shelters

Last modified: September 5, 2006 - 2:31 PM

Council is responsible for the maintenance and installation of bus shelters in the Great Lakes area.

Bus Shelter Maintenance

To request maintenance to a bus shelter, contact Council's Engineering Services Division by telephone, in writing or in person and place a Service Request for the bus shelter to be inspected.

New Bus Shelters

Council does not have the resources to construct bus shelters at every location utilised by school children.

However, if you would like Council to consider constructing a new bus shelter in a regularly used location, submit a written request to Council's Engineering Services Division. You will need to provide your contact details, along with specific information regarding the possible location of the bus shelter.

All written submissions can be addressed to The General Manager, Great Lakes Council, PO Box 450, Forster, NSW, 2428.
