Alternatively you can contact the Engineering Services Division to have an application form posted, faxed or emailed to you. Complete the application form and return it, along with payment and relevant documents, to Great Lakes Council, Engineering Services Division, PO Box 450, NSW, 2428.
It is recommended that you retain a copy of your application form and relevant documents for your records.
Rural Address Post
If you wish to purchase a Rural Address Post from Council at this time, you should pay the additional fee indicated on the Rural Driveway Levels Application form. Council requires all rural property owners to display their rural property address on a Rural Address Post for emergency vehicle assistance. If you do not already have a rural property address, one will be allocated to your property at the time the Technical Officer carries out his site inspection for driveway levels.
