Damage Bond Application - Published: 11 Jul 2005
A Damage Bond Application is to be submitted to Council when required by the Development Application Conditions of Consent and is to be lodged and paid prior to Council issuing a Construction Certificate. A Damage Bond may also be payable when a Section 138 Roads Act activity is to be undertaken. Approval must be sought through Council's Transport Assets Section prior to commencing the works, and the requirement for payment of a Damage Bond will be assessed at that time.
