Manning Local Environmental Plan No.1

The Manning Local Environmental Plan No.1 (Manning LEP 1) applies to land generally located in North Tuncurry and Darawank, east of the Wallamba River.
The majority of land affected by Manning LEP No.1 is zoned Non-Urban 1A and Non-Urban 1B. The LEP outlines what development can and cannot be undertaken within these zones.
