Rural Garbage Collection Service

Last modified: July 11, 2008 - 9:18 AM

Location of Mobile Garbage Bins in Rural Areas

Bins in rural areas will be located at a "Common Collection Point" where trucks are unable to either travel the full length of the road safely or readily turn around at the end of the road.  For other areas, the bins should be placed adjacent to the property access and not on the road way.

A Bin Hitch is available for purchase, you can now effortlessly tow your bin behind the car to the designated collection point.  The Bin Hitch is available at all of Council's offices for $12.00, to find out more information click on the Sulo Bin Hitch link.
