Great Lakes Youth Achievement Awards

Great Lakes Youth Achievement Awards are a chance to recognise those young people who have made significant contributions to the community and may not have otherwise been recognised. There are a number of different categories - click on the link below to download the nomination form for further information on each category.
In order to be eligible, young people must be under the age of 25, and reside in the Great Lakes. There is no entry fee.
Each category carries a prize, which is relevant to that category.
