Last modified: September 27, 2007 - 1:48 PM

Supporting the people of Stroud and surrounding areas. . .

Stroud Area HACC Program is funded through the Home and Community Care Program under the auspices of Great Lakes Council.

Services available:

  • Meals on Wheels
  • Social visiting/companionship
  • Social support/Group outings
  • Assisted local medical transport
  • Security phone calls
  • Shopping assistance
  • Organising household affairs
  • Providing a break for carers.

All services are dependent upon volunteer availability and funding restraints.
