Wharves, Jetties and Boat Ramps

The Great Lakes Council area encompasses a wide array of waterways including rivers, lakes and the ocean. These beautiful natural areas are utilised extensively by both locals and visitors to the area alike. .

Through provisions of boat ramps, wharves and jetties, Great Lakes Council provides access to these areas for recreational boating and recreational fishing

There are 26 public boat ramps and 21 wharves and jetties with the Great Lakes area.
